2021 Substate Basketball

Teams have been seeded and brackets set for this year’s substate basketball tournaments.
The Burlington Wildcats and Lady Wildcats will compete in a Class 3A Substate tournament hosted by Wellsville. The Lady Wildcats are the No. 4 seed in the girls’ bracket with a 10-8 record and the Wildcats are the No. 2 seed in the boys’ bracket with a 13-4 record. Good luck, Wildcats and Lady Wildcats!
The Lebo Wolves and Lady Wolves will compete in a Class 1A Division I Substate tournament hosted by Madison. The Lady Wolves are the No. 3 seed in the girls’ bracket with a 14-4 record and the Wolves are the No. 2 seed in the boys’ bracket with a 16-3 record. Good luck, Wolves and Lady Wolves!
The Hartford Jaguars and Lady Jaguars will compete in a Class 1A Division II Substate tournament hosted by Peabody-Burns. The Lady Jaguars are the No. 4 seed in the girls’ bracket with a 4-10 record and the Jaguars are the No. 4 seed in the boys’ bracket with a 3-14 record. Good luck, Jaguars and Lady Jaguars!
The Southern Coffey County Titans and Lady Titans and Waverly Bulldogs and Lady Bulldogs will all compete in a Class 1A Division II Substate tournament hosted by St. Paul. The Lady Bulldogs are the No. 2 seed with a 13-17 record and the Lady Titans are the No. 5 seed with a 4-12 record in the girls’ bracket and the Bulldogs are the No. 1 seed with a 9-9 record and the Titans are the No. 3 seed with a 5-12 record in the boys’ bracket.
